According to a superseding indictment filed Friday, Combs now faces five federal charges, including one new count of sex trafficking and another for transportation to engage in prostitution—this time involving a second alleged victim, identified as “Victim-2.” Prosecutors allege this conduct occurred between 2021 and 2024.
