Despite lifting some stop-work orders, none of the 28 project terminations by USAID have been reversed, further complicating the situation.

Judge Ali Holds Administration Accountable

At an emergency hearing, Judge Ali criticized the administration for failing to follow his restraining order. He questioned Justice Department lawyers on their lack of progress, stating, “Twelve days into the TRO, you can’t give me any facts about funds being unfrozen under the TRO?”
