CLEARWATER, Fla. (TDR) — Since the sudden death of Hulk Hogan, his children, Nick Hogan and Brooke Hogan, have begun sharing new stories about their relationship with the late wrestling legend. In a candid interview, Brooke reflected on the strained dynamic she had with her father, recalling several hurtful exchanges after she expressed disapproval of his relationship with Sky Daily.

According to Brooke, tension over Daily caused deep divisions within the family, ultimately leading to their two-year estrangement. Speaking to TMZ, she claimed Hulk confided in her about “issues” with Daily, who at the time was pressuring him toward marriage. Brooke recalled her father expressing unease about the relationship, warning that a breakup “would be bad.”

When Brooke pressed for details, Hulk allegedly shut down the discussion, telling her, “I don’t want to get into it.” Their disagreements remained respectful but frequent — until, she says, he snapped back with, “Well, I haven’t approved of who you’ve dated.”

Brooke recounted an incident while renovating a house for her father, when a contractor overheard one of their heated exchanges and later texted her to ask if she was okay. “My dad had become a little callous in his old age, and that’s OK,” she reflected.

This wasn’t the first time Brooke voiced concerns about his relationships. As reported by The Blast, she once described a cryptic phone call from Hulk, which she suspected was influenced by Daily’s alleged ties to Scientology. He offered a vague apology — one Brooke found unsettling — and ended the call without elaborating. “That’s the last time I talked to my dad,” she admitted.

Despite the long estrangement, Brooke said she would forgive him in a heartbeat. “That’s my daddy. I love him and I miss him.” Yet she also recalled his dismissive response when she expressed concern: “‘Well, I guess you have to live your life, and I have to live mine.’ And I said, ‘Well, screw me then, I guess.’”

Meanwhile, Sky Daily — who married Hulk in 2023 — has shared her own tribute, calling him “my Terry” and admitting her “heart is in pieces.” Daily also spoke about Hulk’s health struggles, saying she believed he would overcome them.
