- Filing alleges Kelly Preston couldn't bear children and previously used Lisa Marie Presley's eggs
- Kruse claims Riley Keough received a Jaguar and up to $20,000 for providing eggs in 2010
- Priscilla's attorneys call allegations "outrageous" and unrelated to the actual lawsuit
LOS ANGELES, CA (TDR) — A shocking court filing in a lawsuit claims John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son, Ben, was conceived using eggs from Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough.
Keough, 36, is an actress best known for her roles in "Daisy Jones & the Six," "Mad Max: Fury Road," and "Logan Lucky." She is the daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley and musician Danny Keough, making her the eldest grandchild of rock legend Elvis Presley.
The lawsuit, which involves Priscilla Presley and her ex-associate Brigitte Kruse, has Kruse alleging that the late Preston couldn't use her own eggs, and prior attempts with Lisa Marie Presley's eggs were abandoned.

Priscilla Presley's lawyers deny the claims as baseless and irrelevant, and the new filing comes amid ongoing legal battles, including a failed attempt to disqualify Priscilla's longtime attorney.
Extraordinary Allegations Surface
According to the amended complaint filed December 16 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kruse and her business partner Kevin Fialko claim that Lisa Marie's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, revealed the alleged arrangement to them following Lisa Marie's death in January 2023.
The filing alleges Lockwood told Kruse that Travolta and Preston initially used Lisa Marie's eggs to conceive but later decided against it because they did not want "eggs with heroin" on them — a reference to Lisa Marie's well-documented struggles with opioid addiction.
Kruse claims a subsequent deal was orchestrated where Keough, who was 21 at the time, provided her eggs so Preston could carry the child who would become Ben Travolta, now 15. According to the filing, Keough was compensated with a vintage Jaguar and a payment between $10,000 and $20,000.
The lawsuit does not clarify whether Lisa Marie's eggs ever produced a child for the couple.
Alleged Evidence Presented
Included in the filing are references to handwritten notes containing phrases such as "CA fertility partners," "Ben Travolta," and "Kelly Preston carried baby." The documents also reference text messages in which Ben is seemingly described as Priscilla's "beautiful great-grandson."

Kruse further alleges that Lockwood confided he was in severe financial distress at the time — claiming he had resorted to eating "dog food" — and believed the alleged information could be leveraged into a financial settlement for himself and his daughters.
The complaint also claims Lockwood pressured Kruse repeatedly, suggesting Travolta "needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men."
The filing additionally alleges the entire arrangement required "sign off" from the Church of Scientology, "which heavily involved Priscilla's oversight."
Presley's Legal Team Fires Back
Priscilla's attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, issued a scathing response condemning the allegations as reckless and irrelevant.
"After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley's counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family."
The attorneys called the conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their lawyers — who are now on their fourth set of attorneys in this dispute — "shameful."
"These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case," the statement continued.
Ongoing Legal War
The bombshell claims emerge from a bitter legal battle between Priscilla, 80, and her former business associates. In July 2024, Priscilla sued Kruse and Fialko for financial elder abuse, claiming they "manipulated" her into signing contracts that gave Kruse controlling interest in her intellectual property. She alleged they duped her out of more than $1 million.
Kruse and Fialko responded with their own $50 million breach of contract lawsuit, denying the elder abuse claims and accusing Priscilla of falsely claiming ownership of her name and likeness.
Earlier this month, a judge rejected Kruse's attempt to disqualify Singer as Priscilla's attorney, calling her evidence "very thin."
Representatives for Travolta, 71, and Keough, 36, have not publicly responded to the allegations. Lockwood has denied the claims.
Travolta and Preston married in 1991 and shared three children: Jett, who died at 16 in 2009 following a seizure; Ella Bleu, now 25; and Ben, 15. Preston passed away in July 2020 after a battle with breast cancer.
Will these explosive allegations derail Priscilla Presley's elder abuse case, or will a judge strike them as irrelevant to the underlying dispute?
