In a statement released on Truth Social, Trump declared, “There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information. Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden’s security clearance and stopping his daily intelligence briefings.”

This marks a significant shift from usual protocol, where former presidents are granted access to intelligence updates for courtesy and in case sitting presidents seek their advice. Hur’s team even noted that Biden “would likely present himself to a jury as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Biden’s “Poor Memory” Raises Concerns

According to the report, Biden struggled to remember key moments such as his tenure as vice president under Obama or the timing of his son Beau’s death.
