Kim Kardashian is embracing change and manifesting love—one renovation at a time. In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 44-year-old SKIMS founder revealed she’s embarking on a massive home redesign in her Hidden Hills, California estate. While juggling a temporarily uprooted life with her four kids—North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5—Kim is determined to make space for something new. Or, as she puts it, “If you build it, he will come.”

The renovations, which include a complete overhaul of her $60 million home, are more than cosmetic. They’re symbolic. Kim shared in her confessional, “I realized I was redesigning the entire house, but I wasn’t even thinking about leaving room for a partner. I won’t be open to having a partner if I don’t build it.” It’s a sentiment that resonates with anyone who’s ever had to hit the reset button on life.

Ready for New Energy

Kim’s journey is as much about emotional renovation as it is about physical space. After splitting from ex-husband Kanye West (legally known as Ye)—a relationship that often made headlines—Kim is focused on creating a home filled with positivity. The home, originally purchased with Ye in 2014 for $20 million and later bought outright by Kim for $23 million, is a canvas for her dreams. “This is about new energy,” she said during the airing, hinting at a fresh chapter post-divorce.

Though the process of packing up and relocating her family for a year and a half is daunting, Kim is determined. She’ll spend her summer in Malibu before moving into a rental for the school year. But what really caught viewers’ attention? A new closet in the works—one designed for a future “him.” When her mom, Kris Jenner, asked who the mystery man is, Kim laughed, “I don’t know. Manifesting!”

Manifestation Mode

Manifestation, it seems, is Kim’s new mantra. The mom of four is focusing on creating space for love, even if she hasn’t met the right person yet. Producers were quick to ask during the episode if there’s already someone special in the picture. Kim’s response? “There’s not a him.” Kris, however, remains hopeful. “I think she’s looking for true love,” Kris shared in her confessional. “She’s the best version of Kim when she’s in love.”

Even Kris’s longtime boyfriend, Corey Gamble, had something to say. “Hopefully, she can get married one more time, and then she’ll be good for like 60 years,” he joked. Kris quickly quipped, “Longer than 72 days.” Despite the humor, Kris believes the right person is out there for her daughter. “She’s going to be married to the love of her life. She just hasn’t met him yet.”

A Hopeful Future

For now, Kim is keeping her options—and her closet—open. By focusing on what matters most—her family, her home, and her future happiness—Kim shows us that it’s never too late to rewrite your story. She’s proof that life’s transitions, no matter how challenging, can lead to something better.
