The victim alleged that, beginning in her freshman year of high school, the two engaged in sexual acts at secluded locations, including his apartment and parks.

Shockingly, she also revealed that Withers recorded one of their encounters on Snapchat. When interrogated, Withers initially denied the allegations but later confessed, admitting to sexual relations with the minor approximately 10–15 times.
