• Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed President Trump’s decision to send more weapons to Ukraine and accused GOP leaders of betraying the MAGA base by blocking transparency on the Epstein case. The backlash underscores rising tensions between populist Republicans and the Trump administration over foreign policy and justice reform.

WASHINGTON, DC (TDR) — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) is taking aim at President Trump’s latest foreign policy move, accusing fellow Republicans of turning their backs on the MAGA movement by approving new weapons transfers to Ukraine and stonewalling calls to release the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Greene, who introduced a last-minute amendment Monday night to block the munitions transfer, watched as it was rejected by Republicans on the House Rules Committee—the same group, she pointed out, that also shut down a Democrat-led attempt to subpoena the so-called Epstein client list.

“MAGA delivered the majority to Republicans and voted for no more U.S. involvement in foreign wars,” Greene wrote on X. “Now the neocons and establishment Republicans have hijacked MAGA!!”

Greene has long opposed further U.S. aid to Ukraine, arguing the country is not a NATO ally and that American taxpayers are effectively subsidizing NATO weapons purchases. She cited her previous efforts to force a separate vote on $300 million in Ukraine funding last year and claimed most Republicans voted against it, while every Democrat backed the aid.

“Funding war and foreign countries is NOT what we voted for!” she added.

Trump announced new arms shipments to Ukraine during a Monday briefing, signaling a sharp pivot toward deterring Russia’s advances—a move that has rattled non-interventionists in his base.

Epstein files and DOJ backlash

In a separate post, Greene blasted the Justice Department for its recent memo concluding that Epstein died by suicide and that no “client list” exists.

“America deserves the truth about Jeffrey Epstein and the rich powerful elites in his circle,” Greene wrote. “Our justice system is CORRUPT!”

She compared the lenient treatment Epstein received to the prison sentence of Rep. George Santos, who was convicted of fraud and sentenced to seven years in prison.

MAGA divide grows

The dual controversies—Ukraine and Epstein—are exposing deeper fractures between grassroots conservatives and the Trump administration. While Trump has defended Attorney General Pam Bondi and downplayed Epstein-related rumors, voices like Greene are keeping the issue front and center.

When political promises collide with old establishment habits, where should the MAGA movement draw the line? Let us know in the comments.
