• English instructor shared content wearing pregnancy prosthetics and oversized breast forms
  • Teacher also authored erotic BDSM novels featuring themes of sexual slavery
  • School and Baltimore City Public Schools have not responded to requests for comment

BALTIMORE (TDR) — A Baltimore high school teacher has sparked outrage after videos surfaced showing him wearing pregnancy prosthetics and large breast forms on publicly accessible social media accounts, prompting calls from parents and advocacy groups for his removal.

James Roman Stilipec, a 50-year-old ninth-grade English teacher at REACH! Partnership School 341, posted videos on TikTok, Instagram, and X under the username “Jay Aress.” The clips show him wearing oversized breast prosthetics and fake pregnancy bellies with hashtags like “#jayandthetwins.”

Teacher Describes Content as Personal ‘Kink’

The organization Gays Against Groomers shared a compilation of Stilipec’s videos on X, where it quickly gained more than 30,000 views. The posts revealed that Stilipec has real 36DDD breast implants, which he discussed in a 2020 YouTube video.

Stilipec has stated publicly that he does not identify as a woman and has no desire to transition. Instead, he describes his behavior as a personal fetish.

“I was dysphoric about having boobs, so I got them. My added desire for bigger boobs, hips, lips & hair is just a kink,” Stilipec wrote on X in 2022.

During a confrontational TikTok livestream later uploaded to YouTube, parents accused Stilipec of forcing the public to participate in his fetish. He denied the accusation, insisting he was simply “living my best life.”

Teacher Also Authored Explicit Novels

Beyond social media, Stilipec writes erotic fiction under the pen name Jay Aress. His published works include titles such as “Total Slave,” “Master Mark,” and “Angel’s Continuing Enslavement,” which feature themes of BDSM, sexual slavery, and forced prostitution.

One book describes a young woman being auctioned as a “pleasure slave” after being injected with a drug that halts her aging on her 18th birthday.

School Remains Silent on Controversy

Stilipec is listed as “Mr. Stilipec” on his official REACH! Partnership School profile. A Navy veteran, he previously served as a broadcast journalist and Mass Communications Specialist.

Court records indicate Stilipec was the subject of a 2014 Protection From Abuse order related to alleged harassment of a family that adopted one of his children.

Neither REACH! Partnership School, Baltimore City Public Schools, nor the PTA Council has responded to media inquiries about the controversy. Stilipec has since made most of his social media accounts private.
