In 1999, a young boy named Justin Litovsky found himself in the midst of an unexpected and raucous scene. Just six years old at the time, he had tagged along with his influential parents to one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' legendary White Parties in the Hamptons.
Anticipating nothing more than a fun afternoon barbecue, Justin was instead met with a spectacle of debauchery that included drug use and public nudity—a far cry from any ordinary poolside gathering.
Reflecting on that day now as a 30-year-old, Justin shared his memories with The Post. He recalled being intrigued by the sight of people and especially women around the pool, thinking only of how much he wanted to dive into the water as he would at any other pool party. The concept of nudity puzzled him; it was unclear whether it was something positive or negative, yet all he desired was to join in on the swimming fun. However, his mother Maya had firmly decided against it.

Maya Litovsky, who has since gained recognition as an influencer, looked back on the party's chaotic atmosphere with concern. With bottles littering the area and naked women in plain view, she worried about exposing her son to such scenes and questioned why children were allowed at such events in the first place.
The White Parties were known for their strict white attire dress code and attracted numerous celebrities to the Hamptons. Over time, however, these gatherings have faced criticism after images surfaced showing scantily dressed women amidst abundant alcohol consumption. Reports suggest that after most guests departed, a select few were invited to continue onto more exclusive and questionable activities referred to as "freak offs."
During this particular event, Justin remembers being seemingly the lone child among a guest list filled with famous faces such as Jay-Z, Lil' Kim, Donna Karan, Leonardo DiCaprio, members of the Kardashian family, Ashton Kutcher, Beyoncé, Tyson Beckford among others—none of whom have spoken out regarding their association with Diddy amidst his current legal troubles for charges including sex trafficking and assault.
Despite concerns regarding minors attending these parties—Justin among them—the presence of children seemed overlooked by many guests. Photographer David Allen documented celebrities during the event where Diddy even posed for a photo with young Justin. Although meeting other celebrities provided some enjoyment for Justin, he couldn't shake off feelings of discomfort due to witnessing adult behaviors not meant for young eyes.

Adria Sheri English later came forward revealing she felt pressured into performing explicit acts as an adult entertainer at these exclusive parties during the early 2000s. Another singer recounted her disturbing experience attending one of Diddy's parties at just 16 years old; she described encountering open sexual acts among adults and a VIP room dedicated to "freak offs," leaving her repulsed by both Diddy's demeanor and the pervasive drug use.
Usher also shared insights into experiencing "wild stuff" while living at Diddy's home from just 13 years old. Allegations have surfaced too about Justin Bieber facing inappropriate situations under Diddy’s mentorship during his minor years; however public comments from either party remain absent.
Last month marked a turning point as federal authorities arrested Diddy who now awaits trial at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on several serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering; he has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
What are your thoughts on the responsibility of parents when deciding whether to bring children to adult-oriented events, especially those with potential exposure to inappropriate content?
