Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant to Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit alleging she was drugged and sexually assaulted at a studio session attended by West and Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to court documents, the incident is said to have taken place in Santa Monica, California.

Pisciotta claims that during this session, she was given a drink spiked with an unidentified substance, purportedly at West’s behest. Although Combs was present as a co-host of the event, he has not been implicated in any misconduct related to the allegations.

The complaint further details how Pisciotta experienced disorientation and diminished control over her body and speech after consuming the drink. She alleges that these effects led to her being sexually assaulted, a realization she came to only after West later admitted they had engaged in sexual activity on the night in question—an admission made while he was still married to Kim Kardashian.

Pisciotta’s legal action against West includes accusations beyond the alleged assault. She asserts that before her termination from employment with West, she faced sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal—claims initially brought forth in an earlier lawsuit filed in June. This suit also accuses West of failing to pay her $3 million in severance she says was owed to her.

In addition to monetary grievances, Pisciotta recounts receiving inappropriate messages from West and being subjected to uncomfortable situations that included witnessing lewd behavior. Despite these claims, West’s legal team has refuted Pisciotta’s allegations as unfounded, accusing her of attempting to exploit their client for financial gain.

As of now, representatives for both West and Combs have been contacted for comments on these serious allegations but have yet to respond publicly. The lawsuit brings forward significant accusations within the entertainment industry, spotlighting issues surrounding workplace conduct and accountability among high-profile figures.
